Returns & Refunds policy

At Loving Acres Farmstead, LLC ("Loving Acres Farmstead", "we", "us", or "our"), we strive to provide high-quality handmade and homegrown products as well as other 3rd party manufactured items. Due to the nature of these items and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at LovingAcresFarmstead@gmail.com. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product and provide proof of purchase.

Upon receipt of your notification, we will investigate the issue and may request additional information, such as photographs of the damaged or defective item. If we determine that the item is indeed damaged or defective, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances and our available inventory.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products and the hygienic considerations involved, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defect upon arrival.
